KMS - KMS was founded in August 2005 as a woman-owned small business company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The firms focus is on providing the Department of Defense, the US Intelligence Community and their prime contractors with high quality technical and analysis services.  The principals of the company have over 50 combined years of experience in the industry.  In March 2006 KMS was pleased to enter into a formal Mentor - Protégé Agreement with McNeil Technologies, Inc.
