Global Technical Systems ( GTS) - is certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a), Minority Woman-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business and has a solid history of providing engineering and technical support services and products, including the design, development, and integration of airborne radar systems; the integration of remote video surveillance, perimeter defense radar, unmanned ground sensor, and communications technologies; Information Technology (IT) support services; software development; advanced storage solutions; depot repair; and fleet support for radar and display/distribution systems. Our customers include Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Department of Justice, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA), and other Government agencies. 

Established in 1997, GTS focused on engineering services and obsolescence refresh for electronic systems and components, specifically in the development of upgrades to existing radar and weapon systems, used by the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and US Special Forces. GTS entered into these areas of business in response to the Government' requirement for low-cost, quick turnaround support for components and systems that Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) no longer supported. GTS continues to provide program and engineering support services including: systems engineering and technical services; requirements analysis; design, selection, and procurement of hardware and software; software development; integration and installation; system testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair; advanced storage solutions; electronic enclosure packaging and integration; asset management; and training services. GTS maintains a complete depot-level repair and manufacturing facility with warehousing, obsolescence management, and logistics support, and possesses extensive experience in radar/surveillance/IT systems. We have had major successes in the sensor, radar, perimeter defense, command and control, simulation, ATE systems, and obsolescence reduction. This expertise has been applied to both shipboard and land-based systems, in support of both foreign and domestic agencies.
