DMR CONSULTING, INC. (DMR) - is a small business focusing primarily on supporting Littoral Warfare programs at NSWC-PC. DMR has a five-year history of providing program planning support, acquisition management documentation development, and life cycle cost estimates to NSWC programs including the Non-gasoline Burning Outboard Engine (NBOE), the Semi-Autonomous Hydrographic Reconnaissance Vehicle (SAHRV), the Hydrographic Reconnaissance Littoral Mapping Device (HRLMD), and the AN/SQQ-32 Advanced Minehunting Sonar Set programs. DMR is adept at producing comprehensive operations and maintenance technical manuals, developmental test plans, and Life Cycle Sustainment Management/Material Fielding Plans. DMR develops and maintains the Program Managers Notebook as a standardized means of planning, organizing, and managing all Naval Special Warfare (NSW) programs under the cognizance of the NSWC-PC Special Operations, Code E42 Branch Manager. DMR also provides engineering drafting and documentation support for the Unmanned Remotely Operated Craft (UROC), Beach Probing System (BPS), and Expeditionary Logistics Unit (ELU) programs.
